Illinois State Purchase Limits:

• For Illinois residents: Up to 30 grams of cannabis flower, 5 grams of cannabis concentrate, and cannabis-infused products containing up to 500 milligrams of THC per purchase.
• For out-of-state residents: Up to 15 grams of cannabis flower, 2.5 grams of cannabis concentrate, and cannabis-infused products containing no more than 250 milligrams of THC per purchase.

These possession limits are cumulative, meaning they apply to the total amount of cannabis in all forms possessed by an individual at one time.   share.
