By participating in the Share Cannabis Dispensaries Rewards Program, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by Share Cannabis Dispensary in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Participation is limited to adults 21 and over.
• By joining the Share Cannabis Rewards Program, you agree to all program rules and conditions.
• You will earn one Share Rewards Point for every $10 spent.
• Share Rewards Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Points begin to accumulate once you join the program and complete your first purchase.
• Points cannot be stacked or combined with other discounts or offers.

Redeeming Points:

• Points can be redeemed for dispensary products in stock.
• Redemption is subject to availability and may vary by location.

Expiration:

• Points may expire if not redeemed within a specified period.Currently there is no expiration.
• The dispensary reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time, with or without notice.

Illinois State Purchase Limits:

• For Illinois residents: Up to 30 grams of cannabis flower, 5 grams of cannabis concentrate, and cannabis-infused products containing up to 500 milligrams of THC per purchase.
• For out-of-state residents: Up to 15 grams of cannabis flower, 2.5 grams of cannabis concentrate, and cannabis-infused products containing no more than 250 milligrams of THC per purchase.

These possession limits are cumulative, meaning they apply to the total amount of cannabis in all forms possessed by an individual at one time.

Share Cannabis Dispensaries reserves the right to terminate membership and void any points or rewards if there is evidence of unauthorized points being earned or redeemed, or any misuse of the program. We also reserve the right to modify or cancel the Share Cannabis Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
