What is Share Dispensary Sales and Return Policy?
Share Cannabis Dispensary does not offer refunds. Illinois state law prevents purchased goods from being returned to the dispensary. Please do not bring your purchase back to Share or send your purchase back to the cultivators.

No Exchanges or Credits After 30 Days
No credit or exchange may be made after 30 days past the purchase date.
Recalled Product
In the event that a cultivator recalls a product, our customer service team will reach out to those who have purchased recalled items. Our team will coordinate all account credits or replacement products needed, following the cultivator’s policy.
Disclaimer
Prices and product details are subject to change without notice. Due to the subjective nature of cannabis, listed effects are anecdotal, not guarantees.
While we strive for accuracy, Share Dispensary is not responsible for typographical errors or data issues. If a mistake occurs, we will correct it as soon as possible. Product descriptions are a combination of cultivator data and anecdotal community experience. Prices and availability are only confirmed at the point of sale. Customers should verify details with the dispensary before purchasing.
After a product has been purchased and received by the customer, the appropriate and agreed-upon remedy for any alleged defect, damage, or dissatisfaction is for the customer to contact Share. directly to request a replacement, refund, or store credit in accordance with our return policy.
Filing a chargeback when the product has been received may be treated as improper dispute activity. In such cases, Share. may refuse future sales or services, including blocking future online or in-store transactions, and may also report behavior to financial institutions and law enforcement as appropriate. Such activity may also result in the immediate forfeiture of any earned loyalty points or rewards.*
